EL80-15 S Drive Unit
This is the entire internal drive unit for replacing the core of an EL80-15 S pump. This unit includes a new magnet, new drive coils, diaphragms and valve boxes (basically the heart of the pump).

NOTE : This unit is a direct fit for an EL80-15 with the external red service light. If your EL80-15 has no service light externally on the casing, this will fit, but you will need to isolate the wires which otherwise would go to that light.

Basically you can uncouple the pipes and electrical cabling and extract the drive unit out of your old pump replacing the core and recoupling everything and you're off again.

If you are facing the prospect of installing a new magnet and service kit, this might be a more cost effective alternative, as you get everything else new inside the drive core too!

SE20 - EL Diaphragm Kit

Kit contains : 2x EL diaphragms vacuum sealed.

Please note that the latest batch of diaphragms DO have the plastic magnet spacers within the pack to help with installation

If your pump is more than 3 years old it might be wise to consider a instead.
For servicing BOTH heads of a twin head pump you need 2x of these kits.
For EL120S/EL150S (single head) and EL250W (twin head) you need a SE25 diaphragm pack.

EL100 / EL100 S Drive Unit
This is the entire internal drive unit for replacing the core of an EL100 pump. This unit includes a new magnet, new drive coils, diaphragms and valve boxes (basically the heart of the pump). This unit is also suitable for an EL200W (twin head pump) which uses two of these units. So if you have one head fail, you can get back up and running by replacing the failed core with one of these.

Basically you can uncouple the pipes and electrical cabling and extract the drive unit out of your old pump replacing the core and recoupling everything and you're off again. Please note there is a spare cable to use with pump housings which have a service light. If your pump doesn't have this light, unsolder or isolate that wire before installation.

If you are facing the prospect of installing a new magnet and service kit, this might be a more cost effective alternative, as you get everything else new inside the drive core too!
